The original chair, Lamino, was designed by Yngve Ekström 1956 and it is Sweden's best-selling armchair.
More than 150,000 chairs have been manufactured in Vaggeryd since the start. In 2003, 12,000 Lamino armchairs were made and the vast majority of these were sold in Sweden.
This miniature construction kit is made of high-quality plywood. The chair is cut out using a water jet, a thin stream of water under very high pressure. The chair should be put together with white wood glue.
