The chance to find a beautiful painting and then frame it is so much fun. But then you may like to paint your own work of art and have it hanging proudly in your mini gallery. Alternatively you might prefer to create a mirror to hang above a fireplace or table.
The detail in these beautitful frames is defined and will be more visible if you add a wash to your paint finish or gilding. (I will have more frame sizes available after Christmas 2020).
On the rear of the frame there is no recessed area.
Finishes:
Supplied unpainted and in their raw state (off white resin), they can be painted (using a spray paint will avoid any issues with "clumping" and "brush marks") or gilded with brush on gold paints or leaf. If spraying please use a spray primer.
