Every detail has been copied and the kit allows you plenty of scope to reproduce to the original which was wood and gilt or be more adventurous and paint it in colours of your choice such as gilt and black or cream and black.
The mirror supplied is plastic and has a protective film that when removed reveals a bright relective surface. To glue the mirror into position use a small amount of super glue or back the mirror with paper and allow the edges of the paper to overhang so they glue down onto the rear frame of the mirror.
